Booking over chat leaves you no recourse: if something goes wrong, all you have is the conversation. These four answers exist because the questions are the ones you ask before you trust.

There is someone to talk to, and proof of what was agreed.
How it worksSupport opens a case with the payment receipt and the booking record as the basis. That is what a chat thread does not have.

Invitations limited by city
The list decides who gets in first in your city.
Joining costs nothing. You get the invitation before the public opening and the founding-member terms for your round, with three months of no fees.
