What we do with your email.

When you join the waitlist we ask for your email and the profile you pick (client, professional, space, brand or investor).

After confirmation we ask up to four short questions, and they change with your profile: your city and its state, what you book most or your speciality, where you work today, and whether selling partner products would interest you. Whoever represents a space answers the kind of space and how many chairs sit empty in a week; whoever represents a brand, the segment and where they sell today. All of them are optional and any one can be skipped.

We record automatically where the visit came from (source, campaign, page), the language you read in, the date of consent and the version of the text you accepted. Your IP address is stored only as a hash, to contain abuse, and cannot identify you.

The answers serve different purposes, and it is worth saying which. City, state and category decide which cities open first. The answer about selling partner products is used to size that part of the product before we build it. The one about empty chairs is used to size the partner-space side. Nothing beyond that.

The legal basis is your consent, under article 7, item I of Brazil's General Data Protection Law. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing is as simple as asking.

In a Cloudflare D1 database, with Cloudflare as our infrastructure processor.

That database sits on servers in North America. Cloudflare D1 offers no South American region, so storing the data in Brazil is not an option today. This is an international transfer of personal data.

When an email provider is chosen it will also be a processor and will be named here. Until then, there is none.

Nobody. We do not sell, trade or hand over the list.

The processors above handle the data on our instruction and only for the purpose described.

Until the platform opens publicly, or until you ask for deletion, whichever comes first.

If you withdraw consent we delete the record and keep only proof that the deletion happened, because the law requires us to be able to demonstrate it.

This site uses no tracking cookie and carries no advertising.

Two things are kept in your own browser: the theme you choose, and where your visit came from, so we know which channel brought you. Neither leaves your device until you submit the form.
